You’ll always get the lowest price on our hotel rooms when you book directly with us or we’ll match any lower price you find within 24 hours of making your reservation.

Terms and Restrictions

The lower price must be found 24 hours after your reservations were made through a Penn National Gaming reservations site.

The price must be for the same hotel room type, same stay dates, number of guests, terms and conditions, and cancellation policies.

The competing room rate must be available to the general public.

The competing room rate cannot be a rate you received when you signed up for a loyalty or rewards program, or come from an outside membership program such as AAA.

You must call the reservations center for the hotel property where you booked your room to file a claim, and must supply the link to the website where you found the lower price.

We will verify the price difference before making any refund.
